Nicole McPherson is a pilates instructor based in Sydney, Australia. Her YouTube videos range from focused ab, arm, and leg workouts, to hour-long pilates classes. Each video features warm up and cool down sections, and is accompanied by full narration, making them relaxing and easy to follow. These workouts are great for small spaces and the only equipment necessary is a yoga mat.
