Tuck Shop Trading Co. proudly ships worldwide! We use Canada Post as our carrier for domestic shipments and DHL as our carrier for international shipments. Both options are the fastest and most cost effective.
All rates are based on weight, dimensions and location.
We are pleased to offer local delivery for our Toronto-based customers with the courier service Mile1. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $150, or pay $14 for delivery of smaller orders. Once your order is fulfilled you will receive a a follow up text to schedule your one-hour delivery window. This way you'll never miss a delivery or lose a package to porch pirates again!
In-store pick-up is available for online purchases free of charge! Pick-up's available during regular store hours.

Returns or Exchanges
You may return or exchange Online Store purchases for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms:
Returns or exchanges are accepted for online purchases within 30 days of sale. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or have all original tags attached.
Return Eligibility on Sale Items:
- For any product less than 20% off, enjoy a full refund for your item(s).
- For any product 20%-39% off, enjoy a credit in the form of a gift card that can be used any time on the website.
- For any product 40% off or higher, the product is final sale
- All Black Friday/Cyber Monday/Buy One Get One Sales, or any sales established as FINAL SALE are FINAL SALE. This applies to in-store and online purchases.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
Returns or Exchanges for Items Purchased In-store:
All items purchased in-store are final sale, and may only be exchanged for another item or store credit in the form of a gift card. The period for in-store returns and exchanges is 7 days. Once 7 days has passed your item(s) is no longer eligible for an exchange or a store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchange for Store Credit
If the item purchased was on sale for 20%-39% off it is only eligible to return for a store credit. Once your item has been received and inspected your credit will be issued to you in the form of a gift card via email. Gift cards do not expire.
Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an in-store purchase for colour or size this may be done within the 7-day exchange window. If you need to exchange an online purchase for colour or size this may be done within the 30-day return window. Sales items may be exchanged only if stock is available. If stock is unavailable you may be issued a gift card for the same amount.
If an item is defective or damaged please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If a gift is returned by the purchaser within the 30-day return window it is subject to the above policies.
If a gift is returned by the receiver it is only eligible for an exchange or store credit and is subject to the above policies.
How to Return
You may return your product in-person to our flagship store at 1226 Yonge St. Toronto, Ontario. M4T 1W3
If you can not complete a return in person you can mail your product to: 1226 Yonge St. Toronto, Ontario. M4T 1W3, or arrange pick-up with our local courier service, Mile1. When returning your item please include a receipt, order number, or your original order form.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Tuck Shop Trading Co. is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
