Roo Family Rainbow Bracelet - Blue Smiley

A collaboration between Primrose Hill and Roo Parenting. 

This bracelet was designed as a meaningful coping tool that helps children take calming breaths during moments of worry, overwhelm or anxiety. 

How does it work? Have your child wear the rainbow bracelet and when they need a moment, have them look at their bracelet, touch a bead, take a breath in, say the colour that they are touching and spin the bracelet around to the next colourful bead. 

Roo Family Tip: Role-play and practice this strategy at home. This will create familiarity and comfort with the strategy, encouraging your child to use it when they need it most.
